Why the Glass Matters
Cutting glass for a cat flap is a specialist job. Our aim is to fit the flap neatly and securely while keeping your double glazing sealed and efficient.

- Supply a new, correctly sized sealed unit with the aperture pre-cut
- Preserve the glazing’s insulation and weather seal
- Fit the flap squarely, level and flush
- Finish the surround cleanly for a tidy result
- Match the flap and finish to your door where possible
- Leave the installation secure and draught-free
Note: cutting a hole into an existing sealed double-glazed unit will usually break the seal — so we typically supply and fit a new toughened unit with the aperture already cut, giving you a clean, lasting result.
